Role Overview:
- Located in Birmingham (B42)
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with SEN
- Foster the educational, emotional, and social development of these exceptional children
- Employ a diverse range of teaching strategies tailored to individual needs
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- £450 – £475 weekly

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree (Psychology related)
- A good understanding of SEN
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with SEN is desirable
- Passion for supporting individuals with SEN
- Possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and a commitment to children’s well-being
- A dedication to enhancing students’ educational experiences
