We are seeking to recruit an outstanding teacher of Mathematics to contribute to a thriving secondary and sixth form.

The successful applicants would be expected to teach a range of classes, including Key Stage 3 and 4, as well as potential Key Stage 5 lessons, where applicable. Much time is committed to developing a wide range of teaching and learning strategies to be implemented within the subject, with a focus on a collaborative approach to planning with centralised, shared units of work and resources.

Teacher of Mathematics — The role:
Teacher of Mathematics – Full-time , permanent role
28,000 — 38,810 full-time equivalent
Carry out the responsibilities as a subject teacher and form tutor, supporting the ethos and vision of the Academy
Maximise the achievement of students they teach
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people

Teacher of Mathematics — Person specification:
QTS
Minimum 2:2 degree
Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
Right to work in the UK
Good teaching observations
Strong behaviour management
Passion for Mathematics

Teacher of Mathematics – Secondary school & sixth form:
Large mixed secondary school for children aged 11-19
Located in North Solihull/Birmingham
