Teacher of Food Technology – Job Description

  • Full time and permanent – MPS/UPS
  • January 2025 start
  • Lesson planning and developing resources
  • Deliver an exciting and relevant curriculum for students
  • Curriculum planning
  • Acting as form tutor to selected students
  • Track students progress and develop learning plans if necessary
  • Liaise with parents/guardians where appropriate

Teacher of Food Technology – The School

Qualifications and Experience – Teacher of Food Technology

  • Minimum 2:1 or above in related degree
  • UK QTS status obtained

  • Knowledge of writing lesson plans, creating resources and marking work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to motivate all students
  • Dedicated and passionate
  • Behaviour management skills
