Are you a recent UK based Core Subject or Psychology university graduate with prior experience mentoring, tutoring or teaching and a desire to gain first-hand SEMH school based support experience?

i-teachers are currently working with an excellent secondary academy located in the Redditch area of Worcestershire who are eager to find a full-time Student Learning Coach able to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group academic, social and emotional support to KS4 students in the lead up to their exams this academic year.

Student Learning Coach – Role Information:

• Providing 1:1 & small group academic, social and emotional support to KS4 students
• Tailoring support sessions around current curriculum
• Supporting students through carefully structured learning sessions
• Paid £475 per week during term time only
• Monday to Friday role with 08.30am – 15.30pm working hours
• FREE online CPD courses: SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
• January 2025 – July 2025 contracted role

Student Learning Coach – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject or Psychology based degree
• Prior experience mentoring, tutoring or teaching required
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about the development of children and young people
• *NO UK visa sponsorship available with this role*
