We are recruiting for September starts for our fantastic Step into Teaching Programme, in schools around East London.

Are you a graduate with a degree in English, Maths, Science or Psychology?

Could you offer SEN support to primary school students in the classroom?

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and confident graduate and aspiring teacher to kick-start a career in education, and develop the essential skills and knowledge required to be successful. You could embark on your teacher training in a school and programme that really invests in your future.

Step into Teaching Programme – Person Specification

• 2:1 or above degree, strong academic background
• Passionate, positive, and proactive
• Ability to be resilient and use initiative
• Willing to work with diverse student populations
• Must have a clear commitment to education and teaching
• Empathy and able to work with all staff members
• English, Maths, Science and Psychology degrees highly desirable
• Tutoring or other similar experience would be an advantage
