- Work with SEN teachers within STEM lessons
- Plan and run 1:1 and group sessions
- Communicate excellently with staff & students
STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:
- 1st or 2:1 maths, science, or engineering degree
- Strong academic record
- Passion for STEM subjects
- Proactive and patient manner
- Prior education experience
- Flexible to support different phases
- Desire to become part of a cohesive staffing team
