Senior Lecturer – Graphic Design – The role:

• Start: September 2024
• Permanent contract
• Full-time: 36 hours per week (term time only)
• Responsible to: Programme area manager for Graphic Design
• Develop and oversee a dynamic support program tailored to individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to maximise student success.
• Implement strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Lead with empathy and innovation to inspire change and progress

Candidate specification – What the college are looking for:

• UK QTS
• 2:1 or 1st class degree, in a relevant course
• Strong academic background
• Proven successful track record of planning and delivering high quality teaching of accredited provision in a relevant subject
• SEN experience
