Role Description – SEND Teacher
- SEND Teacher
- Permanent contract
- Full-time position, Mon – Fri
- ASAP start date
- Deliver literacy and language programmes to a range of students with SEN
- Work closely with the SENCO to review student progress
- Design and deliver intervention-based lessons
- Lesson planning and developing resources
- Curriculum planning
What You Need – SEND Teacher
- Hold QTS and relevant undergraduate degree
- Successful teaching experience at secondary level
- Knowledge of National Curriculum at KS3 and KS4
- Ability to plan, deliver, and lead exciting lessons
- Passion for working with students with SEN
- Be able to manage workload effectively
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
