SEND Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Small Heath, Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with SEN experience to develop their experience and skills, whilst making a difference to the life and education of young people with SEN.

SEND Teaching Assistant – The role:
- SEND Teaching Assistant
- Long-term, full-time support role
- Working in one school for the entire academic year, no day-to-day supply
- £300 – £350 term time weekly pay
- Supporting SEN students inside and outside the classroom
- Work with students on a 1:1 & group basis
- November 2022 start
SEND Teaching Assistant – Person specification:
- SEND Teaching Assistant
- Minimum 2:2 degree in a psychology related subject
- Strong academic background e.g. A Levels and GCSEs
- Prior experience supporting people with SEN
- Desire to make a difference to the life and education of young people with SEN
- Supportive & patient attitude
