SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Support) – The Role:

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Located in Birmingham
  • Providing 1:1 support
  • Promoting the pupil’s educational, emotional, and social development
  • Supporting pupils that need it the most and can be the hardest to reach
  • Employing and adapting various teaching strategies to suit the needs of the child

SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Support) – The Benefits:

SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Support) – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Have a good understanding of ASD
  • Previous experience supporting an individual with Autism
  • Passionate about supporting people with SEN
  • Understanding, patient and empathetic towards children’s needs
  • Dedicated to making a difference to pupils’ experience of education
