SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Located in Walsall
  • Providing 1:1 support
  • Promoting the pupil’s educational, emotional, and social development
  • Supporting pupils that need it the most and can be the hardest to reach
  • Employing and adapting various teaching strategies to suit the needs of the young people

SEN Teaching Assistant – The Benefits:

  • Paid £300 – £350 per week, term time only

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Have a good understanding of SEN/SEMH needs
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Passionate about supporting people with SEN
  • Understanding, patient and empathetic towards people’s complex needs
  • Dedicated to making a difference to student’s experience of education
