SEN Teacher – Year 7 Class – Immediate Start – Full Time – Ending July 2023

Perhaps you’re currently working in an SEN Supply Teacher role, but are keen to find a full-time SEN Teacher role based in a wonderful Y7 class for the rest of the academic year?

A superb SEN/SEMH specialist school based in Scunthorpe is keen to find an experienced, proactive and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their Year 7 department for the remainder of the academic year in a Monday to Friday role beginning immediately!

In this role, you will be working across the school curriculum base providing the best possible learning experiences to pupils with a range of needs such as ASD, Dyslexia and ADHD. You will also be supported by an excellent TA, able to help plan and conduct lessons whilst also offering 1:1 & small group support to pupils throughout lesson time.

SEN Teacher – Applicant Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status – Special Educational Needs Education
• Minimum 2:2 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Excellent classroom & behaviour management skills
• Naturally engaging and outgoing personality
• Brilliant organisation and communication skills
• Experienced teachers ideal however not mandatory
