  • Positive and Nurturing: You are patient, caring, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with your students.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and fellow teachers.
  • Proactive and Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at managing challenging behaviour with a calm, supportive approach.
