Are you a recent UK based Psychology, Childhood Studies or Nursing graduate with a desire to gain first-hand SEN Support Mentor experience in Manchester?

Perhaps you have experience of supporting the academic and social growth of children outside the classroom?

i-teachers are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school located on the Wirral area who are looking to add a warm, outgoing and naturally supportive SEN Support Mentor to their wonderful KS1 department for the remainder of the academic year in a full-time role.

Role Benefits – SEN Support Mentor:

  • SEN Support Mentor
  • Providing 1:1 & small group SEN support to KS1 pupils
  • Creating tailored EHCP SEN support for children
  • Paid £475 per week during term time – 08.30am – 15.30pm working hours
  • Multiple online CPD courses available
  • January 2025 – July 2025 with usual school working hours
  • Monday to Friday role based in one school for remainder of academic year
  • Located on the Wirral

Applicant Requirements – SEN Support Mentor:

  • Minimum 2:2 UK based Psychology, Childhood Studies and Nursing degree
  • Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
  • Passionate about the development of children
  • *NO UK Visa sponsorship available with this role*
