SEN Graduate Learning Mentor– Secondary role

This school is looking for a hardworking and resilient individual, your main role will be to support those with SEMH and behaviour difficulties for pupils aged 11-16 years old.

SEN Graduate Learning Mentor – Key Information:
- Part of an outstanding trust, based in Leeds
- Full time, Monday – Friday school hours
- Work for the rest of the academic year
- £70- £90 per day (term time only)

SEN Graduate Learning Mentor– Person Specification:
- 2:1 or 1stclass degree – Psychology or core subjects desirable
- Previous experience with SEMH/SEN and/or behaviour required
- Resilient attitude due to the demanding setting
- Strong academic background
- Supportive and inspiring personality
- Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
