• Support pupils with special educational needs to motivate and improve their academic progress
• Offering 1:1 intervention sessions as a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant
• Provide classroom assistance during lessons
• Create engaging and immersive learning resources
• Full time Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant role
• Monday- Friday school hours during term time
• £345-£470 per week

Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant- work for the academic year

• Psychology graduate with a 2.1 or 1^st class degree – essential
• Enthusiastic and empathetic mindset is crucial
• Previous experience working with SEN pupils is required
• Strong academic background
• Passion for supporting SEN pupils
• Desire to progress onto teacher training or educational psychology
