An ideal candidate for this role is a graduate of Science who holds a degree in Physics, Chemistry or Biology and achieved at least a 2:1 from a top university. This successful school are looking for a graduate who has a strong academic background, is passionate about Science and able to demonstrate that passion in a classroom support setting. Prior experience tutoring / mentoring young people would be advantageous.

As a Science Technician, your responsibilities will include; the preparation of workshop apparatus/equipment and materials as required, advising and assisting in the preparation of practicals and controlled assessments, maintenance and cleaning of equipment after use. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to supervise and assist students during lessons when required.
