Science Graduate Learning Mentor – Paid school experience

• Science Graduate Learning Mentor – full time – long term role, term time only
• Work for the full academic year in one school
• Paid £80 – £90 a day, term time
• Mon – Fri working hours
• Located in Birmingham, B12
• Help with lesson planning & delivery
• Support students in the classroom, 1:1 & in small groups as a Science Graduate Learning Mentor

Science Graduate Learning Mentor– Personal Specification

• Science Graduate Learning Mentor
• Science related degree with 2:1 or above classification
• Strong A-levels & GCSEs
• Enthusiasm and passion for education & young people
• Genuine interest in teaching as a career
• Ready for a challenge!
• Some previous experience of working/volunteering with young people is desirable
