Science Graduate Learning Mentor – What will I be doing?

• Science Graduate Learning Mentor- Full time
• Based in a dynamic school in Leeds, West Yorkshire (LS10)
• Supporting bright, young scientists throughout their GCSE and A Levels
• Holding 1:1 and small intervention and ‘booster’ study sessions
• Working with highly academic and passionate teaching staff
• Expanding your skill set while gaining classroom confidence
• Teaching a broad and rich curriculum with the use of high-class facilities
• Science Graduate Learning- great experience for aspiring Science teacher
• Paid role, where you will be working full time (Monday to Friday during term time)
• Covering Science lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics

Science Graduate Learning Mentor – What do I need?

• An enthusiastic and determined personality with a lot of passion for education!
• 1^stor 2:1 degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related subject discipline
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working with young people is essential
