Your Responsibilities: Pupil Achievement Coach

• Working with students who have additional needs (academically and behaviourally) to help them reach the goals set by class teachers
• Promote attendance in school and have a positive attitude towards education and its importance
• Assist students with their studies in various subjects where they require extra attention
• Devise and then carry out your own intervention sessions with certain groups of students outside of the classroom environment
• Communicate and work closely with experienced teachers

Your background : Pupil Achievement Coach

• A 2.1 minimum in your degree is required to be considered but various subjects are welcome to apply
• Strong academic background (A-Levels & GCSEs)
• Interested in a career in education/working with young people
• Resilient and positive personality
• Hard working and happy to be flexible in your role due to the needs of your school
