Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Personal Specification
- Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
- 2:1 or above in Psychology
- Good A-Levels
- Empathetic, engaging, and attentive personality
- Passion and genuine interest to support children with SEN
- The ability to build rapport with children by supporting their social and behavioural needs, and acting as a positive role model
- Some previous experience working with young pupils would be advantageous
