Role Description – Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Full-time, long-term role until July 2023
• Paid teaching placement, £60 – £80 per day (term-time only pay)
• Provide vital support for pupils with SEN
• Work closely with the SENCO to provide feedback and pupil progress
• Support on a 1:1 basis and in small group intervention-based settings
• Create a positive and fun learning environment for all pupils

About You – Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – graduate placement
• Minimum 2:2 in Psychology or other relevant subject
• Good academic background
• Aspirations to forge a career in SEN education
• Some experience working within SEN would be desirable
• Proactive and confident personality
• Passion and commitment to education
• Understanding of safeguarding
