Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

• 1^st or 2:1 psychology degree
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
• Prior education experience
• Passion to support others and work as a team
• Patient and proactive manner
• Communicate clearly with students, staff & parents
