Primary Teacher – Benefits:

• £32,000 – £46,252 annual salary + TLR (varying) in line with National Teacher Pay Scales
• Assume the responsibility of Subject Lead as part of the role

Primary Teacher – The Role:

• Commences September 2025
• Plan and deliver excellent lessons, geared towards the sensitive demands of primary academic and social development
• Contribute proactively towards teaching materials
• Engage with a range of exciting extracurricular activities
• To instigate a love of learning amongst your student cohort
• Manage student behaviour as and where appropriate
• Provide useful and relevant feedback to improve on children’s Literacy and Numeracy skills
• To provide emotional support systems where necessary

Primary Teacher – Pre-Requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience working as a Primary Teacher
• Patient and nurturing disposition
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Child-centred philosophy of education
• Great classroom management
• Passion for the primary phase of education
