Primary SEN Learning Mentor– About the Role

This Primary SEN Learning Mentor role will keep you on your toes as it is varied in different activities.

You will:

  • NOT be thrown into the deep end on day 1 and you will be given all the support and all the training you need to succeed to ensure you and your children make progress.
  • Learn how to plan and deliver outstanding interventions by shadowing experienced professionals around you who have worked with i-teachers graduates previously.
  • Take feedback on board to continually and consistency improve your practice
  • Offer extra-curricular activities if/when required

Primary SEN Learning Mentor– About you:

  • Primary SEN Learning Mentor- Full time role
  • You will require a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Strong A-Levels and academic background
  • Prior experience working with young people is desired but not compulsory
  • Ability to remain resilient, positive and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to work towards the school’s culture and ethos
