Are you a recent graduate from a Russell Group or top university who is set on a career as a Primary School Teacher, but need vital experience before starting your teaching training? The school is a ‘Good’ graded primary school with happy and dynamic pupils. You will be a Primary Graduate Support Mentor who can dedicate themselves to the school for the entire academic year.

The school wants to see graduates who have excelled in their studies with a 1^st or 2:1 degree and preferably from a Russell Group University. As a Primary Graduate Support Mentor, you will be allocated a class group and you will spend your time supporting the teacher in the class and planning and preparing lessons to ensure every lesson is an enjoyable and stimulating experience.

In addition, you will deliver 1:1 and group sessions with pupils who need further support. You must have a strong academic background to deliver across the curriculum as a Primary Graduate Support Mentor!
