At i-teachers we are currently working with an amazing Secondary School located in St Helens. They are looking for an enthusiastic Maths Tutor to join the team on a short-term basis.

Role/ Key responsibilities

– Intervention planning

– Aid in educational development

– Creating or enhancing learning materials and activities that complement the official curriculum and address the individual needs of their students

– Ability to identify issues in pupils learning

– Support in exam preparation

– Commitment to safeguarding protocols

Essential requirements

– 2:1 or above.

– Maths GCSE above Grade 7

– Strong communication skills

– Passionate about teaching the next generation

– Previous work experience in a school

– Looking for a future in the education world

– Tutoring experience is desirable

– Right to work in the UK

– Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to get one
