As the Early Years Teaching Assistant you will not only be supporting the class teacher but focusing on 1:1 and group intervention sessions with certain students to ensure they make expected academic progress in a nurturing learning environment.

Early Years Teaching Assistant – The role:

Early Years Teaching Assistant – Person specification:

  • Minimum 2:2 degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Early years’ experience
  • Patient and proactive manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can work individually and as a team
  • SEN experience is desired
