Maths Graduate Learning Mentor – About the Role

This Maths Graduate Learning Mentor role will keep you on your toes as it is varied in different activities.

You will:

• Get paid experience working in a school setting
• Working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Plan and deliver outstanding interventions
• Take feedback on board to continually and consistently improve your practice
• Offer extra-curricular activities if/when required

Maths Graduate Learning Mentor – About you:

• You will require a minimum 2:1 degree in Maths
• Strong A-Levels and academic background
• Prior experience working with young people is desired but not compulsory
• Ability to remain resilient, positive and enthusiastic
• Willingness to work towards the school’s culture and ethos
