Maths Graduate Learning Mentor – The Role:

• Work within a successful Mathematics Department
• Support pupils in a 1:1 and small group based interventions
• Training and support provided
• Monitor data and implement interventions to support pupils
• Rewarding role where you can truly make a positive impact
• Observe fantastic teachers in order to learn from them

Maths Graduate Learning Mentor – Person Specification:

• Maths graduate- Maths Graduate Learning Mentor
• 2:1 or 1^stclassification
• Some experience working with young people – essential!
• A desire and interest to work within education
• Confident and motivated attitude
