Are you a recent UK based Mathematics, Economics or Engineering based university graduate with a passion for providing 1:1 & small group tutoring support?

i-teachers are currently supporting a superb SEMH provision school located in the B11 area of Birmingham who are keen to add a forward-thinking, outgoing and naturally engaging Mathematics Tutor to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group KS3 & KS4 support to students in a full-time role for the coming academic year.

In this role as a Mathematics Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group support to Year 11 students within the Mathematics subject focusing on the pupils academic weak points.

Mathematics Tutor – Role Information:

  • Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group tutoring support
  • Focusing on topics students are struggling with
  • Creating engaging and supportive learning sessions for children with SEMH needs
  • Located in Birmingham (B11) area
  • Paid £450 per week during term time – FREE Multiple online CPD courses
  • Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
  • Monday to Friday role – September 2024 to July 2025

Mathematics Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Mathematics, Economics or Engineering university degree
  • Prior experience working with young people
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Passionate about the chance to utilise degree knowledge
  • Interested in gaining first-hand tutoring experience
