Are you a recent UK based STEM subject graduate with the ability to provide quality KS3 & KS4 tuition to secondary students in the Mathematics & Science subject?

A forward-thinking, inclusive and inviting secondary school located in the Leeds area is eager to add a hard-working, versatile and naturally outgoing Mathematics & Science Tutor to their superb STEM teaching support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role as a Mathematics & Science Tutor the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group support to KS3 & KS4 students inside of the schools learning support centre.

Mathematics & Science Tutor – Role Information:

• Mathematics & Science Tutor
• Located in Leeds area
• Providing dedicated 1:1 & small group KS3 & KS4 STEM tuition
• Working both inside and outside of classroom setting
• Contracted role – April 2025 to July 2025
• Paid £460 per week during term time only – Online CPD course included
• Monday to Friday role – 08.30am to 15.30pm working hours

Mathematics & Science Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree – Mathematics, Science or Engineering
• Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable
• Strong academic background
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about providing high level of learning experiences
