An Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Manchester are looking to appoint a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant for a November start! The school is eager to work with passionate Teaching Assistants who want to join their support staff team on a temporary to permanent contract.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant – The Role

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• Monday to Friday
• Temp to Perm contract
• £90 – £100 per day term time only
• Full-time, long-term role
• Support the class teacher with creating learning resources
• Support the delivery of individual learning interventions and student programmes
• Covering PPA lessons
• Excellent for aspiring teachers
• Interviewing ASAP!

Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Person Specification

• 2:1 or higher degree
• Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
• Aspiring teacher to stay on to teacher train (non essential)
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong classroom management
• Good behaviour management skills
