Lecturer – media & games – the role:

• Start: September 2024
• Permanent contract
• Full-time
• Responsibilities include planning, organising, delivering, assessing and internal verification on level 1 to level 3 creative media production and games design courses
• Specialism will be games development course leading on the level 2 and 3 programmes

Candidate specification – what the college are looking for:

• Successful candidates will have industrial experience in adobe programmes (photoshop, illustrator, aftereffects) is essential in 3D computer game design and 3D planning, organising, delivering, assessing and internal verification on Level 1 to Level 3 Creative Media Production and Games Design course
• 2:1 or 1st class degree, in a relevant course
• Strong academic background
• Good to outstanding teacher observation grades
• Strong classroom management
• Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, an online search and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
