Are you a recent UK based Core Subject university graduate with a desire to find an exciting full-time 1:1 Learning Support Coach role supporting students in your specialist subject?

i-teachers are currently supporting a superb secondary academy based in the Walsall area who are eager to add a dedicated, hard-working and naturally outgoing Learning Support Coach to their KS4 department in a full-time role for the academic year.

In this role as a Learning Support Coach, the successful candidate will be planning and conducting specifically tailored 1:1 & small group support for KS4 students within the English, Maths or Science subject focusing on topics the students are struggling with.

Learning Support Coach – Role Information:

  • Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group tutoring support
  • Focusing on topics students are struggling with
  • Creating engaging and supportive learning sessions
  • Located in Walsall area
  • Paid £450 per week during term time
  • Multiple online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
  • Monday to Friday role – September 2024 to July 2025

Learning Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Core Subject university degree
  • Prior experience working with young people
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Passionate about the chance to utilise degree knowledge
  • Interested in gaining first-hand tutoring experience
