Role Overview:
- Monday to Friday, exclusively within one school
- Full academic year
- £375 to £475 Weekly
- Planning and conducting 1:1 and small group support sessions
- Creating engaging and enriching learning experiences
- Maintaining a focused classroom environment
- Support the SEND team
- Support Students with SEND across years 7-13
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree
- A strong academic background reflecting your commitment to excellence
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering is highly regarded
- Effective organisational and communication skills
- naturally outgoing and proactive personality
- Enthusiasm for nurturing the potential of young people, with the ability to inspire and engage them
