i-teachers are working with a brilliant infant & nursery school based in the Swadlincote area who are eager to find a proactive, naturally engaging and conscientious Learning Support Assistant to join their wonderful SEN department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year providing excellent tailored 1:1 & small group support to children in their KS1 department with SEN.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

• Learning Support Assistant
• Located in Swadlincote(DE11)
• Paid £430 per week during term time only
• Full time role – Based in infant & nursery academy
• Remainder of academic year – Usual school working hours
• Providing 1:1 & classroom support to KS1 pupils with SEN
• Tailoring 1:1 & small group support round EHCP

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:2 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with children
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Naturally engaging and outgoing individual
• Passionate about a career supporting children or adolescents
• Ability to build meaningful rapport with students
