Learning Support Assistant – The Role:

  • Learning Support Assistant
  • Located in Birmingham
  • Providing 1:1 support in a mainstream school
  • Following an adapted curriculum
  • Promoting the pupil’s educational, emotional, and social development
  • Employing and adapting various teaching strategies to suit the needs of the child

Learning Support Assistant – The Benefits:

  • Paid £300 – £350 per week, term time only
  • Long term role, no day-to-day supply!

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Have a good understanding of SEN
  • Passionate about supporting people with SEN
  • Understanding, patient and empathetic towards children’s needs
  • Dedicated to making a difference to pupils’ experience of education
