Role: Learning Support Assistant – EYFS/KS1 SEN department

Location: Dudley

Contract length: Monday to Friday role – January 2025 to July 2025

Pay: £95 per day during term time including CPD courses

Are you a recent Psychology or Childhood Studies with a passion for education and an interest in gaining school based SEN teaching support experience for the remainder of the academic year?

A wonderful primary school located in the Dudley area is looking to find an outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 & small group to their pupils with complex learning difficulties in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 & small group SEN support to a class of children with complex learning difficulties alongside the class teacher.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

• Based in warm and welcoming primary school
• Located in Dudley area
• Paid £95 per day during term time
• Online CPD courses included: SEN, Safeguarding & Behaviour
• Monday to Friday role with usual school working hours
• January 2025 to July 2025 – interviewing ASAP!

Learning Support Assistant – Role Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Psychology or Childhood Studies degree
• Prior experience working or volunteering with children
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about the development of children
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
