SEN Learning Support Assistant – The role:

  • SEN Learning Support Assistant
  • Long-term, full-time LSA role
  • £430 – £480 term time weekly rate
  • Support a primary or secondary class teacher
  • Work with students on a 1:1 & group basis

SEN Learning Support Assistant – Person specification:

  • Minimum 2:2 degree in a psychology suject
  • Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
  • Supportive & patient attitude & manner
  • Prior education experience is desired
  • Desire to work within SEN
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can work as part of a team
