This is a fabulous opportunity for a Graduate Year Leader who can work in the Pastoral department of a vibrant secondary school in Harrow.

Their supportive team are looking to take on a creative and passionate graduate to join their team and support their students to achieve their potential and access the curriculum.

Graduate Year Leader:

• Supporting pupils with academic work and also pastoral

Requirements:

• You will have a minimum 2:1 degree – various subject disciplines considered!
• Genuine passion to work with young people
• Patience and resilience
• Ability to see the bigger picture

The role will involve running support sessions, ranging from 1:1 to group interventions to help improve academic progress but also working behind the scenes implementing behaviour, attendance and punctuality strategies.

You will work closely with the Heads of Departments to ensure that the right provisions are put in place so that students are able to reach their potential and enjoy their school experiences.
