Perhaps you’re interested in a career as a secondary teacher, but first want to gain relevant tutoring experience working alongside experienced teaching professionals?

i-teachers are currently supporting a brilliant secondary school in the Watford area who are looking to add a determined, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Graduate Tutor to their teaching support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role as a Graduate Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group support to secondary students within English, Mathematics or Science.

Graduate Tutor – Role Information:

• Graduate Tutor
• Providing 1:1 & small group Core Subject tutoring support
• Supporting students across both KS3 & KS4
• Tailoring sessions around students’ academic weak points
• Monday to Friday role – 8.30am – 3.30pm approximately
• January 2025 to July 2025 contracted role
• Paid £450 – £475 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses

Graduate Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject degree
• Prior experience working with children
• Naturally outgoing and resilient individual
• Passionate about the development of young people
• Good organisation and communication skills
