A lovely secondary school in Tower Hamlets are recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a candidate who is keen to build their experience in a school-based setting, whilst being paid and supported by the school, and us, for the academic year.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – The Role:

• Provide in-class support across different subjects
• Promoting the student’s educational, emotional, and social development
• Employing and adapting various teaching strategies to suit the needs of the young people

Applicant Requirements – Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Have a good understanding of SEN
• Previous experience supporting with SEN
• Understanding, patient and empathetic towards people’s needs
• Dedicated to making a difference to student’s experience of education
