  • Support a number of pupils with ASD
  • Offer 1:1 and group support
  • Support the class teachers where required
  • Support the pupil(s) across a wide range of subjects

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Autism Specialist – Person Specification:

  • 1sr class or 2:1 degree
  • Core subjects, Psychology, Education, Counselling degrees preferred but not essential
  • Strong academic background e.g. A-levels & GCSE’s
  • Autism experience – essential!
  • Further SEN experience is desirable
  • Passion for SEN
  • Proactive and patient manner
