i-teachers are currently working with an exemplary all-through alternative provision school located in the Redditch area, who are eager to add a dedicated and outgoing Graduate Teaching Assistant to their teaching support department in a full-time role for the academic year. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to provide high level learning experiences to students across the schools KS3 & KS4 department with Autism, following an EHCP.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• Supporting pupils with high level of SEN needs in and out of class
• Tailoring and conducting support sessions to needs of students
• Working across multiple GCSE subjects
• Monday to Friday role based in one all-through school
• Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
• October 2024 to July 2025
• Paid £450 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
• Located in Redditch (B97)

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
• Prior experience working with children or young people
• Strong academic background
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals and small groups
• *NO UK VISA sponsorship available with this role*
