You will be working alongside colleagues who are experts in their field and you will be supported in gaining the experience needed to thrive on a schools-based teacher training route in the future.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – The role:

• Long-term, full-time support role
• £80 – £95 daily term time rate

• Deliver interventions in reading, writing and maths

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Person specification:

• Minimum 2:2 degree
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels and GCSEs
• Experience supporting young people’s learning
• Patient and proactive manner
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in schools is preferable
