Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Personal Specification

  • 2:1 or above (Psychology degree preferred)
  • Excellent academic background
  • Genuine interest and passion for SEN education
  • Patient, empathetic, and engaging personality
  • Ability to use own initiative to support the welfare and education of pupils
  • Previous experience working in education or SEN would be advantageous
