Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – About the Role:

• Work alongside pupils keen to learn
• Offer support including small groups and 1:1 support
• Support pupils with additional needs
• Work closely with the SENCo to monitor pupil’s progress

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

• Degree – 2:1 or above (Psychology preferred)
• Passionate about education and supporting others
• Previous experience working with young people with special needs
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
• Passionate, resilient, and nurturing individual
• Prior experience within an education/tutoring setting (preferred)
