Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant–The Role

  • Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant- Full time role
  • Graduate role – perfect for aspiring teachers/Ed Psychologists
  • Long term position- the rest of the academic year
  • Work closely with the SEN team and teachers
  • Support pupils with additional needs
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis with social, emotional and mental health needs
  • Will receive excellent support and training from day one
  • Be a truly valued member of the team
  • Mainstream school, rated good by Ofsted
  • Full-time Monday – Friday
  • Paid £65 – £75 per day, term time
  • Stockport, Manchester (SK3)

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Personal Specification

  • 2:1 or above Psychology Degree
  • Keen to develop a career in Education or Educational Psychologist.
  • Good academic background
  • Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g. tutoring)
