 Person specification – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Core subject degree, 2:1 or above
• Russell Group educated
• Strong academic background
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
• Passionate about education
• Ability to show resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Right to Work in the UK
